In the morning, your skin is more likely to lose moisture, so you need to moisturize, and sunscreen protects against sun damage. 

For example, a vitamin C serum is great to use in the morning to protect your skin from UV rays. Vitamin C acts as a powerful antioxidant, preventing damage from environmental factors and also reducing pigmentation, such as melasma and freckles.

 

At the end of the day, an evening skincare routine

At night, your skin is actively regenerating, so it's best to use nourishing products. After removing makeup and deeply cleansing your face, use a hydrating cream or ampoule to nourish and moisturize your skin from the inside out.
